Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from SnugWall at snugwall.store and use of our online store. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to perfectplushie@outlook.com.
Orders
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Review the selected design, size, quantity, currency and total before paying. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We confirm acceptance when your order is dispatched. If an item becomes unavailable or an obvious pricing error affects your order, we will contact you; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, payments for the cancelled items will be refunded.
Product information
Our Christmas wall decorations are offered in the designs and sizes shown on the product page. Please use the stated 60 cm or 100 cm size when planning your space. Room photographs illustrate styling and should not be used to judge scale. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. These notes do not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.
Prices and payment
The currency and total payable are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes collected by us are displayed there. Standard shipping to our supported destinations is free, with no minimum order. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges. Where import taxes or customs charges are not collected at checkout, local authorities may assess them separately. Payment is processed through the payment providers offered at checkout.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from order confirmation, including processing and transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please read our Shipping Policy for destinations and assistance with delayed or missing parcels. Your statutory remedies for late or failed delivery remain available.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains our voluntary 30-day return offer and applicable statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Dispatch may prevent us from changing a parcel, but it does not remove any applicable right to return or cancel.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the store, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity. Store content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use it for personal shopping; other uses require permission from the relevant rights holder.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit the store, contact us or place an order.
Consumer protections and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable consumer guarantees, including those under EU law and the Australian Consumer Law, continue to apply. Contact us first if something goes wrong so we can help resolve it. You remain free to use any dispute-resolution body or court available to you under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted. The terms presented when you place your order apply to that order.
