Free shipping

SnugWall offers free standard shipping on all orders to the European Union, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from order confirmation, including order processing and transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates; customs checks, peak holiday demand or carrier disruption can cause delays. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you need to make a correction; changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Taxes and customs

Free shipping refers to the delivery charge. Any taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Where import charges are not collected at checkout, local authorities may require payment under the destination country’s rules.
